❌ No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at radiantsilver925@gmail.com. Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will issue either store credit or a refund. Replacements are not offered due to limited availability. However, if the item is in stock we will let you know.

📫 Lost or Delayed Packages

Radiant Silver is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
